Lisa Stepanovic MBE is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Social Ark, a charity that supports young people to set up social enterprises guided by their lived experiences, it also runs youth programs enabling school-age children to take part in meaningful social action.

Lisa is also an award-winning Third Sector consultant specialising in programme design, social value, and building sustainable communities. Lisa is passionate about equitable education, ensuring every child can access the resources and support needed to reach their potential.
