Parentmail

Parentmail is an online application which allows parents to receive communications from school by email and/or text and also make secure online payments for trips and topping up dinner money accounts. Our primary means of sending you information about school will be email, via the Parentmail system. This will also be the only way to pay for any school trips as we cannot, under any circumstances take cash payments via the school office.

If you have not yet registed for Parentmail, please contact Mrs Anderson: k.anderson@prendergast-vale.com, who will send you a registration code.

Arbor

Arbor is the school's database which can now be accessed by parents to retrieve information appropriate to their own child/children and can be used for booking parent evening appointments.  If you have not already received a username and password for Arbor (not the same as for Parentmail) please contact Zara Smith: Z.Smith@prendergast-vale.com.  A username and password will only be generated if you have registed an email address with the school.

Show My Homework

Show My Homework is our online system which allows you to  see what homework students have been set, and how long they have to complete it, as well as accessing resources which may be needed for the tasks.

It can be accessed publicly (without a login) at https://prendergastvale.showmyhomework.co.uk, or via your own personal login which is available from the school.
