Chelsie-Marie Frame grew up in South-East London and has lived experience as both a young carer and an adult carer. She is a dedicated professional with a First-Class Honours degree in Social Work and has significant experience in mental health services, fostering panels, and children's services.

Chelsie is co-authoring research papers on anti-racism in higher education and help-seeking behaviour in maltreated children. She recently completed a research internship at the University of Oxford focusing on mental health interventions in schools.

As an Independent Visitor for children in care and a School Governor (Safeguarding Link), Chelsie is committed to creating safe, inclusive learning environments. Her skills in safeguarding, strategic thinking, and research are assets she brings to the school’s governing body.
