Kaz has over 20 years of experience in the non-profit and social impact technology sectors. 

He is the Director of People & Systems at the human rights organisation WITNESS and is also on the Board of The Nguvu Collective, an organisation empowering social change leaders in India, Kenya, Nigeria, and South Africa.

He leads global teams responsible for Human Resources, IT and operations and has previously worked at Change.org, The ONE Campaign, Save the Children and Crisis UK.

He is passionate about Technology’s increasing impact on organisational effectiveness, its role in supporting social change and in empowering disadvantaged and vulnerable communities around the world.

Kaz has lived in South East London for 10 years and is excited to be supporting the development of young people in the Lewisham community at Prendergast Value school.
